Pidgely is in early access. Breaking changes to the API are avoided; when one is unavoidable it will be announced here first.

## October 2026: early access

**API**

- REST API at `https://api.pidgely.com`: emails (send, batch with `strict`/`permissive` validation, retrieve, list, reschedule, cancel, attachments), domains, API keys (with domain-restricted sending keys), webhooks (Standard Webhooks signatures with `webhook-*` and `svix-*` headers, secret rotation) and suppressions.
- Natural-language scheduling (`in 1 hour`, `tomorrow at 9am`) and remote attachments with `path`.
- `Idempotency-Key` on sends, replayed for 24 hours.
- Contacts with typed properties, segments, legacy audiences and broadcasts with personalization and RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe (`{{{PIDGELY_UNSUBSCRIBE_URL}}}`).
- Templates with typed variables, drafts, published versions and aliases; `template` in sends.

**SMTP**

- Submission server at `smtp.pidgely.com` (587/2587 STARTTLS, 465/2465 TLS), user `pidgely`, password = API key; idempotency and tags through headers.

**Deliverability**

- Own MTA with separate transactional and broadcast IP pools, warm-up, per-destination throttling, VERP bounce processing, feedback loops, automatic suppression and the reputation guard.

**Docs**

- docs.pidgely.com with guides, an API reference generated from OpenAPI 3.1, Markdown copies of every page, `llms.txt` and `llms-full.txt`.

## Coming next

- Official SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, Go and Ruby, and the MCP server (`@pidgely/mcp`): in [preview](https://docs.pidgely.com/sdks/).
- Not available yet: open/click tracking, inbound email, automations.
