> How to get help with Pidgely - email support, what to include in a request, and where to check service status.

Source: https://docs.pidgely.com/support/

Write to **[support@pidgely.com](mailto:support@pidgely.com)**. A person reads every message.

## What to include

To get an answer faster, include:

- your account email or organization name (never your API key);
- the **email id** (`0199d8a2-…`) or the **`X-Request-Id`** response header of the failing request;
- the endpoint, the status code and the error `name`;
- for delivery problems: the recipient domain, the time, and the `email.delivery_delayed` / `email.bounced` webhook payload if you have it;
- for DNS problems: the domain name.

## Status

Check [status.pidgely.com](https://status.pidgely.com) for incidents and maintenance before debugging an outage on your side.
